About the Role

Are you a recent graduate looking to break into the fast-growing world of HealthTech? HelpToAI is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to launch our flagship platform, MyDr, in Sylhet.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup from the ground floor. You will be the face of MyDr, working directly with doctors and hospital administrators to modernize medical bookings across the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Outreach: Visit medical chambers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to pitch and onboard doctors to the MyDr ecosystem.

• Live Demonstrations: Conduct app walkthroughs for busy medical professionals and administrative staff.

• Startup Operations: Assist with essential administrative tasks, including documentation and ensuring local government/compliance standards are met.

• Flexible Engagement: Adapt your schedule to the medical industry’s hours, which often includes morning and evening clinic sessions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience? No problem. If you are hungry to learn and have a "can-do" attitude, we want to talk to you!

• IT Enthusiast: You are passionate about how mobile apps and AI are changing the world.

• Confident Communicator: You are polite, persistent, and comfortable holding professional conversations with Doctors and Clinic Managers.

• Local Knowledge: Fluency in Bengali/Sylheti and familiarity with the Sylhet medical landscape is highly preferred.

• Mobility: Ownership of a motorbike is a significant plus.
