Consulting & Software Development: Business agreements, corporate services, or custom software projects initiated through helptoai.com or direct corporate invoicing are governed by the payment terms, milestone delivery schedules, and cancellation conditions set forth in their individual Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Direct Invoice Disputes: Billing discrepancies regarding direct corporate invoices must be submitted in writing to info@helptoai.com within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

Payment Gateway Charges: Digital service purchases, booking fees, or subscriptions made through payment gateways on helptoai.com or affiliated platforms are non-refundable once the underlying digital service or reservation has been delivered or fulfilled.
App Store Purchases (iOS / Android): Payments processed through third-party app marketplaces (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to the refund procedures and policies of those platform operators. Users must request refunds directly through Apple or Google support channels.
