Refund and Cancellation Policy – MyDr App

1. Cancellation Rights

Users may cancel booked doctor appointments directly through the MyDr application interface.

2. Standard Paid Bookings

• Advance Cancellation Window: To qualify for a refund on standard paid appointments, the cancellation must be completed at least 1 calendar day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment date.

• Refund Amount: Eligible standard cancellations receive a 50% refund of the serial fee paid, credited to the user's in-app wallet or original payment source.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or missed appointments, are completely non-refundable.

3. Promotional Offers & Free Vouchers Policy

• Voucher Forfeiture: If you book an appointment using a free voucher, discount code, or promotional offer, no refund or replacement voucher will be returned to you upon cancellation.

• Cancelling a promotional or voucher-funded booking permanently voids that offer, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made.

4. Wallet & Processing

• Approved cash/paid refunds are credited back to your MyDr In-App Wallet or returned via AamarPay depending on processing conditions.

• Paid wallet balances carry no expiration date, whereas promotional credits are subject to specific campaign rules.
